President/Principle
Chuck manages the direct operation of the company as well as various projects. Having been in the mechanical industry for 25 plus years, after graduating from Colorado State University, his experience and dedication has developed Hander, Inc. into one of the most respected mechanical contractors in the region.

Senior Estimator/Project Manager
Al has been with Hander, Inc. since 1996 as a Senior Estimator/Project Manager. He has been in the mechanical industry for over 35 years and holds a Master’s Plumbing License in several states.

Ken Bauman
Senior Estimator/Project Manager
(For Iowa, Nebraska and S.E. South Dakota)Ken has been with Hander, Inc. since 1991 as a Senior Estimator/Project Manager. He has been in the industry for 37 years. Ken holds his Master’s Plumbing License in Sioux City, IA, Spirit Lake, IA, Spencer, IA, Denison, IA, South Sioux City, NE.
He holds his Master’s Ducted Air License in Sioux City, IA, Spirit Lake, IA, and South Sioux City, NE. He holds his Master’s Hydronic License in Sioux City, IA, Spirit Lake, IA, and Spencer, IA.

Robert Quarve
Manager – Underground Division
Bob directs the underground projects. He has been with Hander, Inc. since 1978 and holds a Master’s License in several states.

Terry Schultz
Senior Engineer/Project Manager
Terry earned his Engineering Degree at the South Dakota School of Minds and has been with Hander, Inc. since 1998 as a Mechanical Engineer. Terry brings the ability to provide design build as well as seeing the project to completion.

Karen Coombs
Service Manager
Karen has been the Service Manager since 1993. Karen strives to provide same day or next day service, which has earned Hander’s Service Dept. the recognition of being voted the “Local Best” four years running.

Dirk Jones
Service Dept. Project Manager – Commercial/Residential
Dirk has been the Service Dept. Project Manager for Hander, Inc. since 1993 and has over 35 years of experience in the plumbing and heating industry. Dirk brings vast knowledge whether you’re remodeling, building new, or repairing residential or commercial mechanical systems. Dirk strives to maintain the high quality level of service our customers have come to expect.
Dirk holds a Masters Plumbing License in Nebraska and Delaware, a Journeyman’s Plumbing License in South Dakota and Sioux Falls, SD, and a Contractor’s Mechanical License in Sioux Falls, SD.
